Yes, we provide a comprehensive service: from gathering the necessary documents to booking your interview. For cruises to the polar regions, we take care of arranging all the necessary authorisations and permits.
Each client is assigned a manager who oversees the trip from start to inish. At your request, a guide or tour leader can be arranged if this is included in the programme or required for the itinerary, whilst all coordination is handled through a single point of contact.
We select accommodation on a bespoke basis — from boutique hotels and expedition vessels to premium resorts and private lodges. As a rule, we work with 4* hotels and above, paying particular attention to the standard of service, location and the overall holiday atmosphere.
